SHIPPING POLICY

  • Shipping is FREE on all orders over $75.00.
  • Your order will be shipped same-day if placed before 2pm CST, assuming your payment processes successfully. Holidays and weekends excluded.
  • Orders are shipped WEEKDAYS only. Weekend orders will be shipped the following Monday. Holidays excluded.
  • Expect to receive your order in 3-5 weekdays after shipment. Couriers: USPS or Fedex. 

      RETURN POLICY

      Thank you for shopping with Diba Shoes Outlet Store. We greatly appreciate your business. To provide you with the best service possible, here are step-by-step instructions listed below for returning or exchanging an item. We look forward to doing business with you again.

      Returns

      • Returned or exchanged items MUST BE UNWORN, CLEAN AND IN NEW CONDITION.
      • Items can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item. 
      • Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $4.99 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse.
      • Refunds are always issued to the original method of payment. 

           

          Exchanges:

          • Returned or exchanged items MUST BE UNWORN, CLEAN AND IN NEW CONDITION.
          • Items can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item.
          • Visit the Returns center and enter the SIZE, STYLE NAME, and COLOR of the item you would like us to send in the comment box in the returns check out process.
          • If the style you requested is out of stock, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment and the returns fee will be applied. (see above)

                Please Note: Clearance Items may not be returned or exchanged. Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded. All purchases are final on Clearance items, Masks, E-Gift Cards and standard Gift Cards.

                 

                Diba Imports, guarantees against manufacturer's defects. Normal wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the merchandise is defective and it was purchased from this website, please contact us by emailing returns@dibashoes.com with a description of the issue and images if you have them available.

                FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

                Where can I send my Returns?

                Please visit our returns center and follow the directions and a pre-paid return label will be provided for you, you can drop it off at any USPS location or one of 32,000 other US locations near you.

                What if it just doesn't fit?

                If the item(s) purchased on our website don't fit, you may return your unworn footwear within 30-60 days of the original date you received the item. There is no additional charge for an exchange. Please follow the instructions above

                Can I get a refund if I bought the shoes at another store or website?

                You can only get a REFUND from the merchant where you bought your shoes. If you think you have a ‘factory defect’, please return the shoes to the merchant and let them know. They will handle the issue with Diba Shoes directly. If you attempted to get a refund but were unable, and your shoes are unworn, please send an email to: returns@dibashoes.com explaining what happened and we can help you.

                 

                If I live in the St. Louis area, can I try on Diba True/Luichiny/Testosterone Shoes/ Diba London?

                Yes! You may purchase or try on our shoes at Diba Shoes Outlet Store in Earth City. Diba Shoes Outlet Store sits at the intersection of HWY 70 and Earth City Expressway North.

                IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

                Full-price items purchased in store may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase if they are unworn, clean and accompanied by the original receipt. If no other item can be found at the time of exchange, store credit will be issued. All in-store clearance items are FINAL SALE, no refunds or exchanges. No refunds will be issued for full-price or clearance items. 

                • Returned or exchanged items MUST BE UNWORN, CLEAN AND IN NEW CONDITION.
                • Full Price/Sale Items can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item.
                • There are no refunds on CLEARANCE (discounted items that exceed wholesale pricing.)
                • All clearance items are FINAL SALE. This means no refunds, no website credit or exchanges.
